We provide consulting, process facilitation and coaching for individuals, teams and organizations, who are in transition. We are particularly interested in holistic orientation, building trust, empowerment, co-creation and relationship competence.
We focus on change as a learning process, which is designed and owned by those affected by the change. The motto is "nothing about me, without me". We co-create change processes where individual - and group learning is achieved along the way. We test different approaches to change, depending on the challenge and environment, and we have a large selection of methods and tools to choose from. We leave the individual and the organization more resilient to changes that will come ahead.
The processes provide potential for increased self-awareness and development, transfer of competence and the courage to continue the change work after our cooperation has ended. Then we are left with a smile on our faces and a feeling of having contributed to something valuable.
